  • We do NOT access, collect, or store your bank accounts, credit card numbers, passwords, OTPs, identity cards (SSN/PAN/Aadhaar), or credit bureau scores.

All figures, interest payments, amortization schedules, and comparisons presented within the app are mathematical estimates generated locally on your device for personal informational and educational planning purposes only.

3. Information We Collect and Process

A. Information You Enter (100% Local On-Device Processing)

When using our calculators (such as Loan EMI, Mortgage, Car Loan, Personal Loan, Compare Loans, Refinance, Early Payoff, or Amortization Schedules):

  • You may input numeric values such as loan amount, interest rate, loan tenure, property taxes, or fees.
  • You may choose to bookmark or save a calculation to your Saved Calculations tab.

Data Handling:

  • Zero Remote Transmission: All calculation algorithms execute entirely offline on your device.
  • Local Storage Only: Any saved calculations or user preferences (such as your chosen currency like USD, EUR, INR, GBP, etc.) are stored exclusively in your device’s private application sandbox using local storage (SharedPreferences).
  • We never transmit, synchronize, or upload your calculation numbers or financial notes to our servers or any third-party databases.

We believe in minimal permission architecture. Loan & EMI Pro does NOT request or access intrusive runtime permissions.

5. Advertising & Analytics

We may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support free access to our calculations.

  • Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: Depending on your jurisdiction and consent choices, ads may be personalized based on your device’s Advertising ID.
  • Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can reset or disable your Advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings:
    • Go to Settings > Google > Ads > tap Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID.

6. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Under the Google Play Data Safety guidelines, users have total control over their data:

  • Individual Deletion: You can delete any saved loan calculation at any time by tapping the trash/delete icon within the “Saved Calculations” tab.
  • Complete Erasure: Because user data resides solely in local storage on your device, clearing the app’s cache/storage (Settings > Apps > Loan & EMI Pro > Storage > Clear Data) or uninstalling the app permanently and irreversibly deletes all your saved calculations and preferences.
  • Diagnostic Data: Crashlytics logs and anonymous analytics collected by Google are automatically retained according to Google’s standard data retention policies (typically 90 to 180 days for crash logs).

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

Loan & EMI Pro is a general financial calculation utility intended for adults, students, and professionals aged 18 years or older.

  • We do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to third-party SDKs through our app, please contact us at our support email, and we will promptly coordinate with the respective service providers to remove such data.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling policies of third-party applications you choose to share your reports with.
